Each pack is 350 grams

Instructions: Bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta to water and cook until al dente, aproximatly 10 minutes. While boiling your pasta, in a seperate pot breifly saute the spice mixture with 2 tbsp butter or margarine. Add 500 ml of milk or milk substitute and bring up to a simmer. Add cheese mixture to spice mixture and whisk until smooth. DO NOT BOIL SAUCE, this will cause it to thicken too much and possibly burn (if sauce is to thick you can thin it out with milk or milk substitute).

Drain water from pasta and add the drained pasta to the cheese mixture. Enjoy on its own or as a side dish.
