Creamy Potato Soup mix

Produced and packaged at Emma's Kitchen, 5 Main Candle Lake SK

Cooking Instructions:  Saute vegetable pack in 1 Tbsp butter, add 3 cups of hot water & bring to a simmer for 10 min.  Add 1 cup of milk or milk substitute and the remaining contents of the package, whisk until smooth.  Cook for 10 minutes.  DO NOT BOIL, it will cause it to burn or become to thick.  Enjoy

Excellent on its own, or you can add 1 cup of cooked diced chicken to the sauteed vegetables

Makes approximately 1 litre of soup and serves 2 - 4 people
